Keyin College is seeking a Regional Director of Enrollment to join their team working in the central and western regions. This role will direct and oversee the sales plans and team throughout the Central and Western regions of the province and oversee the sales, enrolment and outbound activities. This a great opportunity for someone who can readily adapt to working remotely and working hands-on within the region.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing all enrollment-related functions.
- Developing and implementing the recruitment and sales plan.
- Overseeing, supporting and evaluating admission staff.
- Prospecting new students through outbound sales calls and other recruiting strategies as required.
- Promoting the College at career fairs, trade shows, schools, public events and information sessions.
- Communicating with funding agencies and community groups.
- Liaising with various groups such as IPGS, Workplace NL, high school guidance counselors, and other funding agencies.
- Promoting the progression of students completing upgrading to post-secondary programs.
- Overseeing weekly enrollment report process.
- Being the primary contact with the provincial sales staff representing central and western.
What you will bring:
- Five years relevant work experience in sales / sales management
- Post secondary education with relevant work experience and a demonstrated expertise in the field of communications
- Knowledge of computers, virtual working tools and social media.
- Team oriented and a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems independently are a must
- Some travel within the region will be required
